Joey Atlas is a well know physical trainer that specializes in getting women into shape. He is mostly known for his work on lower body fitness in women. This is why it really came as no surprise when he launched the Get Rid Of Your Cellulite Program (also known as Naked Beauty). In the program, he claims that by following a simple exercise program that takes 22 minutes to do, for 24 days straight that you’ll be able to eliminate the cellulite from your thighs and buttocks.

This is a bold claim to make. Cellulite is one of the most common problems women face and it’s a multi-million dollar industry with all sorts of treatments, some invasive and some not with tons of available products on the market. If it wasn’t made by a trainer of Joey Atlas’s caliber, I would have written it off as a mere marketing ploy and nothing more. This isn’t some guy who doesn’t know what he’s talking about. This is a trainer with proven results.

However, the positive testimonials this program has from the many women who have used it to combat their cellulite indicate that the Naked Beauty program does indeed work in many cases. Now, all you need to know is how it works and what it does.

In a sense, the name of the program is misleading. Get rid of your Cellulite. You’re not doing any such thing, really. You’re not burning off the fatty tissue which is what Cellulite really is: fat. What you are doing is eliminating that waffly, wobbling look of cellulite that’s so unappealing. This is an important distinction to make as there are products that claim to actually melt away the cellulite. Joey Atlas makes no such ridiculous claim.

What the Naked Beauty program teaches is how to exercise in order to improve the muscle tone in your cellulite stricken body parts. What Joey Atlas shows is that the reason that cellulite appears is not the existence of fat but the lack of muscle support beneath it.

In those areas where cellulite is common, the muscle tone is generally weaker. This means that nothing supports the fat in those areas so it sinks. However, it doesn’t sink evenly which how Cellulite looks as it does. By doing the exercise routine that Joey Atlas teaches you can boost muscle strength and push the fat outward so that it is even against your skin. This will reduce or eliminate completely the cellulite look.

The entire workout routine in the Naked Beauty program takes 15–22 minutes to perform and, judging by the testimonials I’ve seen, the results can be highly impressive.
